Muak guarantees that the sales products are delivered free of material and legal defects.

Each product is individually controlled before shipment to guarantee a perfect quality. Customers have the right of return. In case of returning purchased goods, the following must be noted:

The goods must be returned within 7 working days (abroad 14 weekdays after receipt)

- The goods must be returned in the original packaging.

- The goods must not show any signs of use/damages

- The return delivery costs must be paid by the customer.

Shipping

Orders will be delivered in Switzerland/Liechtenstein by mail within 2-4 working days to the customer.

Orders outside Switzerland/Liechtenstein will be delivered within 4-8 working days.

Shipping costs Switzerland/Liechtenstein:

Orders over CHF 50 are free of shipping costs,

otherwise a flat rate between 2 and 9 CHF will be charged, depending on the size of the package.

Shipping costs outside Switzerland/Liechtenstein:

Orders within Europe: CHF 29.-
