General Terms and conditions (GTC)

1 - General

Following are the general terms for all products and services of Muak, Martinsbergstrasse 20, 5400 Baden sold and delivered to the customer or purchaser. A change in the business terms and conditions is only valid by mutual written agreement between Muak and the customer.

By filling in and sending the order of the selected products, the customer accepts the prevailing business terms and conditions. Minor alterations may occur between the delivered products and those pictured on the website based on possible different monitor settings on your screen. 

2 - Conclusion of contract

The contract between the customer and Muak shall come into effect by the conclusion of the purchase via www.muak.shop.

All our sales offers, as far as not time limited, remain open to changes regarding price, delivery conditions, volumes and delivery period.

3 - Prices

The valid list prices stated at the time of ordering atwww.muak.shop apply. Obvious errors are excluded from this excluded. Prices are in Swiss Francs.

Any customs duties abroad are not taken into account, as they are not levied by us.

4 - Deliveries and shipping costs

Orders will be delivered in Switzerland/Liechtenstein by mail within 2-4 working days to the customer.

Orders outside Switzerland/Liechtenstein will be delivered within 4-8 working days.

Shipping costs Switzerland/Liechtenstein:

Orders over CHF 50 are free of shipping costs,

otherwise a flat rate between 2 and 9 CHF will be charged, depending on the size of the package.

Shipping costs outside Switzerland/Liechtenstein:

Orders within Europe: CHF 29.-

Muak does not assume any liability in case of undelivery or delayed delivery of the goods delivery due to wrongly declared delivery addresses, absence of the recipient absence of the recipient, problems of the Swiss Post or events which are

which are to due to higher force. With the delivery of the

goods to the post office, the transport risk is transferred to the buyer.

5 - Payment

Muak offers the following payment methods:

Twint, prepayment, PayPal, credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Postcard).

If you choose the payment method "Prepayment", the products will be shipped after receiving the bank transfer.

6 - Exchange / right of return

Muak guarantees that the sales products are delivered free of material and legal defects.

Each product is individually controlled before shipment to guarantee a perfect quality. Customers have the right of return.  In case of returning purchased goods, the following must be noted:

The goods must be returned within 7 working days (abroad 14 weekdays after receipt)

- The goods must be returned in the original packaging.

- The goods must not show any signs of use/damages

- The return delivery costs must be paid by the customer.

7 - Material defects/warranty

Any defects must be reported to Muak immediately, at the latest within 7 days, in writing or by

e-mail to info@muak.shop.

If the justified warranty claims, Muak may either refund the purchase price or deliver replacement goods. Further claims based on deficient delivery, and especially any and all liability for compensation claims are fully excluded.

8 - Data Protection

All personal customer data is handled confidentially by Muak.

The use of our customer data is solely for purposes of order and payment processing. Further use of customer data is restricted to necessary communications about the customer’s orders, our products and services, to update data, or for customer account maintenance.

Muak guarantees our clients that this data is only used confidentially for this purpose and not made accessible to any third party. This website uses Google Analytics, a web analyser service of Google Inc. („Google“). Google Analytics uses „Cookies“, text data files stored on your computer, which analyze your browsing of our website.

9 - Governing Law, Place of Jurisdiction

The general terms and conditions of business and legal relationship between Muak und our customers is under the governing law of Switzerland. The sole place of jurisdiction is at the domicile of the supplier.

UN Purchase rights (CISG) are not applicable.
